Used Jacobs service for three tranfers in Crete and each one was excellent. On time, clean vehicles and Jacob was willing to go the extra mile to please us. Initially an offer to detour to Knossos enroute to Chania but we settled for lunch in a small taverna in a little village up in the mountains of Crete. Nice comfortable big van with chairs for my 4 small grandchildren ages 5,4,2 and 1 plus 3 adults. The trip felt save with both Nikos and Jacob.
